Who We Are
We are two professionals who are working together to provide workshops focusing on anxiety and stress management amongst other things like communication skills and social media for everyone from teens to adults.
Teri Giannetti
Teri is the Founder and Executive Consultant at Synchronicity Consulting, LLC and has been working in this capacity since 2014. Her BA in Teaching Math/Science as well as her Masters+ in Education provided the basis for a multitude of experiences in the educational and training field.
Teri first gained experience as an elementary teacher in Wayne County, Michigan. She later taught classes at the Middle School and High School Levels. She received extensive training and practice as a consultant at Macomb Intermediate School District and Oakland Schools, both in Michigan.
Her administrative duties, as principal, ranged from Glengary Elementary to Abbott Middle School, both situated in Oakland County, Michigan. One of her greatest adventures took place overseas in the Middle East. It included principal as Pre-K-8th grade in the International Schools Group in the Middle Eastern American Schools. She also led an effort to open the first High School in that area. On her return to Michigan, she took a position as principal for a religious private school Pre-K-12th grade.
Judith Jubas
Judy is an Executive Consultant at Synchronicity Consulting, LLC. She is certified in suicide alertness. Additionally, she is a Math and English Language Arts Enrichment Instructor and tutors students on zoom or in person. Judy also has past experience as a Public Speaking Professor at the college and high school levels. She received a BA in English from Yeshiva University/Stern College as well as a Master’s of Secondary Education from University of Detroit Mercy. Judy has various leadership and community service experiences serving as past President of her children’s school, on various community boards, and numerous non-profit volunteer programs. She is passionate about empowering others to achieve their potential and gain a sense of control in their lives which then creates purpose.
